The Objects of the Association are the protection of the character of the Area of Interest, the
promotion of the common interest and safety of the Residents of the Area of Interest, the fostering
of good neighbourhood relations including organising social events, and ensuring effective liaison
with relevant authorities.
The Area of Interest includes the properties and land comprising Flanchford Road to the north
of the junction with Clayhall Lane, Bonnys Road, Reigate Heath, Heathfield, Trumpets Hill Road,
Sandy Lane, Buckland Corner, Buckland Road, Cliftons Lane, Colley Manor Drive and Colley
Lane. The majority of the area includes Green Belt, Conservation Area, SSSi and AONB. Adjacent
areas are not excluded from interest if the common interest of Residents so dictates.
