We hold a mix of morning and evening Members Meetings in January, February, March, April, May, June, July, September, October and November in venues around the Town. Our Chairman provides an update followed by guest speakers and a representative from Surrey Police. We also discuss planning & licencing along with providing updates on Guild Events. Guild Members are also encouraged to raise issues at the end. Meetings usually last for one hour with time after for networking. An agenda and minutes from the previous meeting are shared before the Members meetings. Our meeting in March also includes our AGM.

Attendance isn’t compulsory but we highly recommend Members to attend as many as they can to meet fellow members and businesses, find out more about the town and communal objectives for our community. Guild Members will be encouraged to sign up to Meetings and Events in advance via the What’s On Page and reminders sent in our e-newsletters. We are fortunate to have a plethora of excellent venues to choose from in Reigate. The meetings are great opportunity for key decision makers in our business community to familiarise themselves and discover locations.
