GOLF DAY
This year’s Reigate Business Guild Golf Day will be held on Thursday 24th September at Betchworth Park Golf Club.
This is one of the main fundraising events of the year for Reigate’s Christmas Lights Appeal and is open to anyone who would like to help us raise money for the lights that make the town so special during the festive period. We round off the evening with prizes and a raffle. Non-golfers are also invited to attend the evening and enjoy Betchworth Golf Club’s delicious carvery & buffet.
Betchworth Park Golf Club was established in 1911 and designed by the renowned golf course architect, Harry Colt. It is an undulating parkland course situated in an Area of Outstanding Beauty, with lovely views up to Box Hill and across the Mole Valley to Reigate.
The course measures 6314 yards with a par of 69 from the white tees, and the course rating of 71.1 and slope of 133 indicates the challenging nature of the course – particularly the sloping greens.

In addition to helping fund the Christmas Lights, the day’s proceeds will also be donated to our chosen charity, Stripey Stork.
Stripey Stork is a Reigate-based baby bank who collects and redistributes baby and children’s items to families in Surrey and Croydon who are experiencing hardship, ensuring they have the essentials they need.
