We have 60 en-suite fully-furnished bedrooms which can be personalised, beautiful lounge areas with stunning views, as well as elegant dining rooms with a relaxed atmosphere. Our facilities have been designed to meet our residents’ individual needs, as well as enable our team to deliver quality care. We have a wonderful team who are dedicated to ensuring each resident is happy and well cared for. Our team of chefs are passionate about producing nutritional meals which are appetising and varied. BORAHURST  -

Financial and Helpdesk Assistant

Office based (Surrey, Reigate)

This is a new position that has been created within our business due to our continued growth and development in the mechanical engineering and servicing industry. An exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help shape and evolve this position to suit their strengths and the business’s needs.

Our company is an Employee-Owned company, where the employees have a real stake in the company’s success and direction.

Your role will be to assist and support our fast-growing Service and Maintenance department between the hours of 8:30 – 17:30. From time to time there may/will be the need to also support the Financial Manager as and when the business needed.

Key duties and responsibilities (Financial Support)
• Assist with the yearly audit
• Monitoring of invoice capture and recording, identifying and dealing with invoices.
• Monitor emails and phone calls and respond in a timely manner
• Supplier ledger, expenses and timesheets
• Matching purchase orders to supplier invoices.
• Reconciling supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger.
• Preparing payments to suppliers, including payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed payment terms.
• Support changes in the role necessary to take the department and business forward.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key duties and responsibilities (Helpdesk & Contract Support)
• General Administration Duties
• Financial Administration – Placing orders and invoice completed works
• Logging jobs and dispatching to the relevant engineer / sub-contractor
• Liaise with suppliers when ordering materials for jobs and liaising with clients and contractors when booking in jobs.
• Log helpdesk jobs on trackers or job portal system
• Support in arranging access for subcontractors / visitors or engineers

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Mobile (London and Greater areas)

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented air-conditioning technician to maintain and repair AC systems. The AC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, installing, and repairing systems. You will be responsible for air conditioning and ventilation systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance and repairs.

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Candidates must be patient and have good organizational and troubleshooting skills across the installation and fault-finding duties.

Liaising with clients on queries where necessary and assist other engineers when needed across the portfolio of properties.

This position will be fully mobile with visits required from time to time to the office (Located in Reigate).

Main Duties:

• VRVs/VRFs/Splits/Multi-splits/AHUs/FCUs
• Manage all elements assigned in a professional and safe manner
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance regimes
• Produce quality reports and assist in collaborating remedial quotes / extra works
• Health and safety management of self and others around
• Reporting to the Head of Service and Maintenance
• Proactively managing planned and reactive work according to business demands
• To carry out day-to-day maintenance as well as other works as instructed.

The ideal candidate:

• City and Guilds Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Or equivalent)
• F-Gas qualified
• Professional and Punctual
• Reliable and Competent
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate (word / Email and Excel)
• Motivated and driven on customer and quality of service.
• Proactive and driven on providing clients with added value.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Dependant on experience Benefits:

• Company van and fuel card – private use of van (within reasonable measures)
• Company pension
• Sick pay
• 22 days annual leave
• Company is employee owned, which brings many additional long term benefits.

Schedule:

• Day shift 8am – 5:00pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime availability to suit the business demands.
• Weekend availability (@1.5x Saturdays and @2x Sundays)

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus (Paid 6 Monthly) following 12 months of service.
