Aspiring Prospects is a work and life skills training programme for young adults with learning disabilities, designed to support their transition into employment. The programme runs five days a week, with two days dedicated to work experience and three days focused on developing life, social, health, and wellbeing skills.
Expanding our work experience opportunities is a priority each year. More opportunities allow young people to explore career options and discover their strengths. Our innovative approach helps participants test their skills, refine their career goals, and identify suitable employment areas through hands-on experience.

Chief Charity Officer
Our current Chief Charity has decided to step down after 7 years which has opened up the opportunity for someone else to take on this exciting and rewarding role.
We are seeking a Chief Charity Officer to continue moving Loveworks forward in tackling local food poverty. This is a broad role in an organisation that has grown rapidly but still remains local and with a small team of experienced staff, backed up by a large volunteer force. The role involves a mix of strategic, operational, line management and external facing activities.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can lead Loveworks to deliver our strategic vision. The successful candidate will display leadership skills, ideally with charity experience alongside staff and volunteer management, relationship building and financial awareness.
