Joyfully Honest is a Reigate based life, work and business coaching practice founded by Becky Lacey. Becky supports women with full lives – including professionals, founders, business owners, mothers and women starting again – to create space, gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence.

Drawing on nearly two decades of corporate and commercial experience, including 14 years as a buyer with the John Lewis Partnership, Becky offers thoughtful one-to-one coaching online and in Reigate, alongside coaching-led experiences and developing workplace programmes. She supports clients navigating career and business decisions, confidence, motherhood, identity shifts, separation, relationships and periods of personal or professional change.

Her approach is reflective, warm and grounded: creating calm, honest spaces in which women can hear their own voice, reconnect with what matters and take meaningful steps forward.
