Office Administrator Job Description

Job Summary: The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing administrative tasks and supporting staff. This role is vital in creating a productive, organized, and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, and handling enquiries.
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, couriers).
– Assist with document preparation, quotes, tender breakdowns, orders, operating & maintenance manuals and schedules.
– Contacting suppliers for quotations and logging of information.
– Support the HR or finance team with personnel records, timesheets, and invoices if needed.
– Provide administrative support to executives and managers as required.
Qualifications. The suitable candidate must have the following:
– 2+ years of experience as an administrator, preferably in Construction industry.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)
– Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Salary – Dependant on experience
Hours – Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm (but can be negotiated)
Benefits:

– 22 days annual leave.

– Yearly bonus (Paid 6 Monthly) following 12 months of service.
