We plan construction projects and use specialist software to produce schedules of works from overall strategic to small finishing programmes. Our programmes come complete with critical path, baseline, histograms, procurement and long lead estimates. We also review contractors schedules and advise clients on completeness. We provide an advisory role to project management practices with regards to forecasting and ‘what if’ scenarios. We draft construction management plans that accompany planning applications. In addition, training is provided to contractors, employers and subcontractors on programming and scheduling. We have provided delay analysis in accordance with the Society of Construction Law Delay & Disruption Protocol.
